On approx. 350 sqm floor space, Harro Hoefliger presented a wide array of production and packaging machines from the new Business Units. Solutions for Consumer Goods (Food + Home) were exhibited next to pharmaceutical production techniques for Inhalation, Assembly Automation, Pharma Solids and Pharma Liquids.

Machine presentations and video sequences, attractively integrated into the booth concept, rounded off the show program.

At an output of up to 100,000 capsules per hour the Modu-C Mid-Speed operates with very high productivity and offers a multitude of product combinations. The advantages of the machine lie clearly in its flexibility in the filling of capsules with powder, liquid, pellets, tablets and micro-tablets by means of suitable dosing systems.

We congratulate Xiaolong Chen and Dr. Karlheinz Seyfang for winning the Preis für Pharma-Technik with Prof. Dr. Hartwig Steckel at the University of Kiel.

They received the award for their development of the MicroVibe powder dosing system for filling micro quantities of pharmaceutical powder and API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients).
